- In **Settings** > **System** > **Delay** **E-mail** **Notification** **Delivery** **Setting**, IT administrators can now enable the **Delay** **e-mail** **notification** **delivery** feature. This feature delays sending AvePoint Cloud Governance e-mail notifications about site collection lease expiration, site collection inactivity threshold, site collection quota threshold, and deactivated site collection contacts for a period of time. When the number of cumulative e-mail notifications to be sent within the predefined time exceeds the threshold, the e-mail notifications will be blocked, and IT administrators will be notified to review the blocked e-mail notifications in **Settings** > **Monitoring** **Reports** > **Blocked** **E-mail** **Notifications**.
- AvePoint Cloud Governance now checks if a deleted site collection or Office 365 group is deleted from the recycle bin. If it is not deleted from the recycle bin, AvePoint Cloud Governance will keep the corresponding site collection information synchronization job or group information synchronization job. After the site collection or group is restored, its status will be synchronized as active.
