What’s New in the Modern Cloud Governance Admin Center?

- The following dynamic service updates are now available under **Management** > **Dynamic services**. - **Change distribution group settings** service – Business users can request to change the group name, description, email addresses, Exchange global address list setting, send as delegates, send on behalf delegates, and delivery management settings via this service. - **Change mail-enabled security group settings** service – Business users can request to change the group name, description, Exchange global address list setting, communication setting, send as delegates, and send on behalf delegates via this service. - **Change Microsoft 365 Group settings** service – Business users can request to change the Exchange global address list setting, send as delegates, and send on behalf delegates via this service. - **Change security group settings** service – Business users can request to change the group name, group description, and group visibility via this service. - **Invite guest user** service – This service has been moved from **Services** to **Dynamic** **services**. Business users can request to invite a single guest user or invite guest users in bulk via this service. - The site collection, Microsoft Team, and Microsoft 365 Group object types are now available in the **Change metadata** service. Business users can request to change the metadata of these object types via this service. - When configuring the **Manage Permissions** service, the manage sharing links setting can now be configured. Business users can request to view or manage sharing links of SharePoint objects via this service. - When configuring the **Create Microsoft 365 Group** service, the Send as and Send on behalf settings can now be configured. - When configuring the **Create shared** **mailbox** service, the following settings can now be configured: automapping setting, automatic replies, email forwarding, regional settings, send items, shared mailbox policies, and time zone. - When configuring the **Create shared channel** and **Change** **shared channel settings** services, IT administrators can now specify the following conditions for the requester to submit requests: Requester Is Primary contact, Requester Is Secondary contact, and Requester Is Team owners. - The site admin renewal can now be configured in renewal profiles for teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, and site collections. Renewal task assignees can review and modify the primary site admin and additional site admins in the renewal process based on the configurations. - IT administrators can now configure whether to require a secondary contact during contact renewal when configuring renewal profiles for teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, and site collections. - The permission renewal can now be configured in shared mailbox renewal profiles. Renewal task assignees can review and modify send as and send on behalf delegates during permission renewal based on the configurations. - IT administrators can now configure if they want to restrict posting permissions of a Viva Engage community in the escalation profile for Viva Engage community when the access to the community is restricted as the escalation action. - IT administrators can now select a people picker filter profile applied in contact election tasks when configuring the contact election profiles for the following object types: Microsoft 365 Group, guest user, site collection, and team. - IT administrators can now manage the SharePoint Form and quarantined apps in Power App manual/automatic import, renewal, escalation, contact election, or dynamic services. - IT administrators can now configure whether to automatically grant the "Send as" permission to shared mailbox members in shared mailbox-related services, renewal, and settings in **System settings** > **Workspace & service**. - For the user or group filters configured in the people picker filter profile, the same condition with different values will not be combined. - IT administrators can now manually import the newly created teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, site collections, and Power Platform environments into AvePoint Cloud Governance using APIs, which do not require the configuration of the template files anymore.

General Update

- External users synchronized via Microsoft Entra B2B cross-tenant collaboration can now be identified as members in Cloud Governance. The users will be treated as internal users and can be specified as owners, members, or administrators of objects like teams, groups, site collections, etc. - The MyHub Copilot for Microsoft 365 plugin is now available. Connect MyHub data with Copilot for real-time intelligent assistance with the MyHub tasks. - The MyHub Teams app is set to upgrade to version 1.0.14 to support new functionalities. The updated version has been submitted to Microsoft for approval. Once the app in the Teams app store is updated, the following updates will be available for users: - The MyHub Teams app will support Korean language. - The MyHub Teams app will be available in Outlook and Microsoft 365 home apps. - MyHub will integrate with Copilot for Microsoft 365, allowing users to leverage Copilot for Microsoft 365 to find relevant information about their workspaces.
