What’s New in the New Cloud Governance Admin Center?

- Escalation profiles can now be configured for Power Automate flows and Power BI workspaces to determine how Power Automate flows and Power BI workspaces are managed when the corresponding management tasks, such as renewal tasks and confirm governance details tasks, are not completed within the specified time.

- Renewal profiles can now be configured for Power BI workspaces to determine the schedule and governance details that must be confirmed when Power BI workspaces go through the renewal process.

- Contact election profiles can now be configured for Power Apps.

- Team, Power Automate flow, and Power BI workspace automatic import profiles can now be configured to discover and automatically import new teams, flows, or workspaces in a defined schedule.

- When configuring the automatic import profile for Power Apps, IT administrators can now specify the role **$Power App owner** or **$Power App co-owner** as the secondary contact.

- IT administrators can now configure a stage profile for the automatic import process. When configuring the automatic import profile for teams, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, or Power BI workspaces, IT administrators can select a stage profile to define assignees and duration of different stages for confirming governance details.

- When configuring the team renewal profile, IT administrators can now configure separate approval processes for the lifecycle management actions.

- The services of a dynamic service are now listed in **Provisioning**, **Management**, **Lifecycle**, and **Advanced** categories.

- IT administrators can now configure the Change team profiles service in **Management** > **Dynamic services**. Business users can change the team contact election profile, external sharing profile, renewal profile, and storage management profile via this service.

- IT administrators can now configure the Convert to team service in **Management** > **Dynamic services** for your business users. Business users can request to convert specific Microsoft 365 Groups to Microsoft Teams via this service.

- IT administrators can now configure the Change site settings service in **Management** > **Dynamic services** for your business users. Business users can request to change the title, description, address, classification, storage, sensitivity label, hub settings, site design, time zone, locale, and sharing settings for SharePoint site collections and group team sites via this service.

- IT administrators can now configure the Change contact service in **Management** > **Dynamic services** for guest users and Power Apps. Business users can request to change the primary and secondary contacts of guest users and Power Apps via this service.

- When configuring the Create mail-enabled security group service in **Management** > **Dynamic services**, IT administrators can now choose to send the email delivery reports to the senders who send messages to the mail-enabled security group or send the reports to the group owners.

- On the **Request report** page, IT administrators can now export the request report and filter requests by the request ID or request summary.

- The following settings can now be configured in the new Cloud Governance admin center:

	- IT administrators can now go to **Look & feel** > **MyHub** **navigation menu management** to configure quick requests.

	- IT administrators can now go to **Workspace & service** > **News & updates** to configure the news and updates.

	- IT administrators can now go to **Look &** **feel** > **Theme, logo, help link, and app launcher settings** to customize the help link.

What’s New in the End User Portal?

- In **Workspaces**, business users can now view and manage the Power Automate flows and Power BI workspaces they own or they are responsible for.

- Business users can now renew the Power BI workspaces and update the workspace contact, access, and metadata if they are the task assignee for the renewal task.

- Business users can now confirm the governance details for a newly imported Power Automate flow or Power BI workspace if they are the task assignee for the confirm governance details task.
