#Manage Rules

In the Terms and rules > Rules section, you can create and manage rules.

If you have a trial subscription for Opus, there are some limitations:

• You can archive up to 5 GB of data.

• For storage optimization module rules, the following rule actions are unavailable:

  • Under the Archive and destroy content rule action, Keep the current and the specified number of previous versions, and archive and destroy the rest and Archive the current and the number of previous versions

  • The Destroy content rule action and its sub rule actions including Keep the current version and the number of previous versions and Include declared records.
