#Settings

On the Settings page, you can configure settings.

• General settings – Configure general settings for AvePoint Opus, including session timeout, time zone, date and time format, and email sender.

• Global storage settings – Manage your storage to store the archived content and set retention rules on how to prune the archived content.

• Export settings – Set an export location to store the exported content and prepare configuration files that will be used to export data in the format of VEO, NAA, and NARA.

• Schedule settings – Configure schedules to define how often you would like to run jobs in AvePoint Opus.

• Email template management – Customize email templates that will be used when the system sends out email notifications.

• Account management – Create security groups to set permissions for users and groups in AvePoint Opus.

• Connector – Configure connections to connect AvePoint Opus to any systems that hold information to enable content lifecycle management.

• Agent management – Register agents to connect AvePoint Opus to on-premises content sources to access and manage the content.

• Stub template management – Customize templates for stubs.

• Restore settings – Configure settings on how to restore content and define users who have the permissions to restore content via Recenter.

• Job notification management – Create job notifications to inform users via email when jobs meet the selected status.
