If you have the AvePoint Insights for Microsoft 365 license, you can now assign the Standard User role to a user when adding the user in User Management. In Insights for Microsoft 365, standard users can view risk analysis and exposure reports and view data in the dashboard. Standard users that have been added to the Administrators group in Insights for Microsoft 365 can also configure sensitivity and exposure definitions, configure scope and admin settings.
By default, objects will be moved to other containers when they match the containers’ rules. If you created the scan profile before September 6, 2020 and deselected the Move objects to other containers when they match the containers’ rules checkbox, the objects will not be moved to other containers even if they match the containers’ rules. To ensure that the objects can be scanned to the containers where they match the containers’ rules, you can edit the existing scan profile and select the Move objects to other containers when they match the containers’ rules checkbox.
You can now enable the app authorization notification in Notification & E-mail Settings > Notification Settings. Service Administrators or specific users can receive an e-mail notification when an app profile is in App Authorization Expired status.
An AvePoint Online Services tenant now allows multiple Yammer app profiles. If your organization has multiple Microsoft 365 tenants, you can now create a Yammer app profile for each Microsoft 365 tenant.
AvePoint cloud services for Microsoft 365 now charges licenses for the Microsoft 365 subscription - Office 365 E1 - GCCHigh. AvePoint cloud services for Microsoft 365 no longer charges licenses for the Microsoft 365 subscription - Office 365 Education for Faculty.
