#AvePoint Online Services 2 Service Pack 6

• When you sign up for AvePoint Online Services trial, you no longer need to provide an Office 365 or Salesforce account and you can now sign up with a corporate e-mail address. The services now offered in the trial include AvePoint Cloud Backup, AvePoint Cloud Management, AvePoint Cloud Archiving, AvePoint Cloud Insights, Governance Automation Online, Compliance Guardian Online, File Share Navigator Online, and DocAve Backup for Salesforce ®.

• The new quick start wizard contains a step to connect AvePoint Online Services to Office 365 or Salesforce and the step to register Office 365 objects via Dynamic Object Registration.

• The account pool option is now included In Office 365 Service Account. The account pool can contain multiple Office 365 accounts, and with the credentials of these accounts, AvePoint Cloud Backup can manage a large amount of data simultaneously.

• In Office 365 Service Account > Manage Account Pool > Group Users, the tooltip now provides the recommended number of users in the group. This number is calculated according to your licenses in Office 365.

• In Dynamic Object Registration, a registration profile has the Start a one-time registration now option enabled. When the Service Administrator finishes the profile, the scan starts immediately and the status is Scanning.

• Dynamic Object Registration now supports scanning Exchange Online Public Folder mailboxes.
