• For organizations that use multi-factor authentication (MFA) in Office 365, they must now choose Use an app profile as the authentication method when creating registration profiles.

• If the rule criteria in an advanced mode registration profile are changed, some objects may not meet the criteria again. AvePoint Online Services now supports removing these objects.

• After the Dynamic Object Registration process is complete, the groups and objects will be synchronized to DocAve Online.

• DocAve Online provides Dynamic Object Registration Settings to resolve the group and object conflicts between AvePoint Online Services Dynamic Object Registration and DocAve Online.

• Dynamic Object Registration supports registering OneDrive for Business.

• Dynamic Object Registration supports registering Exchange Online mailboxes.

• Dynamic Object Registration supports registering SharePoint Online site collections.

• Dynamic Object Registration provides the express mode. This mode will automatically detect creation, deletion, and updates of Office 365 objects, and make them available in DocAve Online and Governance Automation Online. This mode is recommended for organizations with 300 users or less.

• Dynamic Object Registration provides the advanced mode. This mode registers Office 365 objects dynamically to groups defined by business rules. This mode is highly recommended for organizations with more than 300 users.

• Support adding Everyone as the AvePoint Online Services user. Everyone refers to all available users in Office 365 tenant’s Azure AD. If Everyone is added, all available users can sign into AvePoint Online Services and perform the corresponding actions according to the assigned role and available products.

• AvePoint Cloud Insights -Statistics in the reports are security trimmed. If a user is the Tenant Owner or Service Administrator of AvePoint Online Services, the report shows statistics about all site collections in your SharePoint Online environment. If a user is the primary administrator of a specific site collection, the report only shows statistics about that site collection.

• AvePoint Cloud Insights - Users that signed up to AvePoint Online Services before July 17th 2016 do not need to remove the AvePoint Online Services Administration app from Office 365. They can navigate to AvePoint Online Services App Management and re-authorize the app.
