• Security improvements related to access control checks and API rate control.

• In User Management, under the User-based View, the Tenant Owner and Service Administrators can now set an activated Service Administrator as the new Tenant Owner. After the change is confirmed, the notification email will be sent to the new Tenant Owner and the original Tenant Owner.

• If your organization uses Cloud Backup for Google Workspace, in User Management, you can now assign the Standard User permission to Tenant Users. With this permission, they can access the ReCenter portal, select Google Workspace backup data to restore or export, as well as view job reports.

• If your organization uses Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365, in App Management, you can now create an app profile for an app with Microsoft delegated permissions.

• The app profile authentication method supports filtering Mailboxes and OneDrive for Business objects by Custom Attribute rules.

• For customers using Cloud Backup for Google Workspace, when the number of assigned licenses in a Google organization has reached/exceeded 80% (or 90%) of the user seats that the customer purchased, a notification email will be sent to remind the customer to check the assigned licenses in the Google organization.

• In the license expiration alert email, the information of Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 has been optimized to remind customers to export the backup data and encryption key.

• If your organization uses AvePoint Cloud Governance, in the Advanced Mode scan profiles, you can now configure the Cloud Governance Metadata conditions to scan Microsoft 365 Groups.

• The Cloud Index service has now been deployed to the Canada Central (Toronto) data center.

• If the number of assigned licenses/protected capacity in a customer's Microsoft 365 tenant/Salesforce tenant/Google organization has reached or exceeded 90% of the user seats/capacity the customer purchased, a notification email will be sent to remind the customer to check the assigned licenses/used capacity.

• In Auto Discovery > Scan Profiles, you can now run a scan profile by selecting the profile and clicking Run on the ribbon.

• Cloud Backup for Google Workspace does not charge for Suspended users and Archived users, and Auto Discovery will exclude these users from the registration scope.
