What’s New in App Management?

After adding the tenants, they can go to App management to configure app profiles for the Fly service apps.

What’s New in Auto Discovery?

  • In Scan profiles, when configuring a scan profile including the SharePoint site object type, you can now enable the Scan Team sites (no Microsoft 365 Groups) into SharePoint sites containers toggle.

  • In Containers, when you select an object type to check the related containers, the number of objects within a container can now be displayed as a label next to the container.

  • In Auto discovery, when running a scan profile to scan Power Platform connections, the job can now exclude the connections whose properties.apiId ends with shared_logicflows.

  • If your organization uses Fly and has configured an app profile for the migrations related to Google objects, you can now go to Auto discovery > Scan profiles and configure a scan profile to scan data of the Gmail and Google group object types.

  • If your organization wants to use a custom Azure app to Batch import SharePoint sites but cannot add the Sites.FullControl.All SharePoint API permission to the custom app due to security concerns, you can add the Sites.Selected SharePoint API permission to the custom app. For more information about the Sites.Selected permission, you can contact your AvePoint representative.
