    • In Auto Discovery, if you configure a scan profile for scanning objects in OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online site collections, Microsoft 365 Groups/Microsoft Teams/Yammer communities, or Project Online site collections, you can now choose to Ignore the locked objects when updating the job status. With this option selected, the scan results of locked objects will still be Failed, but the scan results will not affect the status of the scan job.

    • In User Management, the names of added Microsoft 365 Groups can now be synchronized with the updates in your Azure Active Directory.

    • The new cloud service FLY is now available in AvePoint Online Services.

    • If your organization uses Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365, you can now configure scan profiles to scan Yammer Communities for backup and restore.

    • If you are using the "Bring Your Own Storage" model for any of AvePoint's services, are storing your data in the same Microsoft Azure data center as your AvePoint Online Services tenant (or in a paired region), and also have a firewall enabled on your storage, you will need to add our services to your virtual network. To get the Azure Resource Manager (ARM) VNet IDs for your data center, you can now go to Advanced Settings > Firewalls and Virtual Networks and click Download ARM VNet IDs.

    • If your organization uses FLY for migrations of Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 Groups, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, or SharePoint Online, you can now go to License Information to view details of purchased modules.

    • The new cloud service Confide is now available in AvePoint Online Services.

    • In Report Data Collection, you can now configure your custom storage on Amazon S3 to store data collected from Microsoft 365.

    • In Auto Discovery, when you configure a scan profile in the advanced mode to scan SharePoint sites or Microsoft 365 Groups/Microsoft Teams/Yammer Communities, you can now set External Sharing rules to scan objects into containers.
