• The license for the AvePoint Cloud Records service does not include the license for the AvePoint Cloud Management service. AvePoint Cloud Records customers can still use the DocAve Online Report Center module via the Action Audit Report link within the AvePoint Cloud Records interface.

• The DocAve Backup for Salesforce ® service has been renamed AvePoint Cloud Backup for Salesforce ®.

• Dynamic Object Registration supports scanning Exchange Online public folders if your tenant has the license for AvePoint Cloud Backup – Exchange Online Public Folder.

• The trial or enterprise licenses of AvePoint Cloud Backup do not include the license for the Exchange Online Public Folder module. If your tenant wants to back up Exchange Online public folders via AvePoint Cloud Backup, contact AvePoint Sales or AvePoint Support to enable the functionality for the Exchange Online Public Folder module.

• Dynamic Object Registration advanced mode now supports scanning all objects with the same type and placing them in one custom container without any dynamic rules.

• In the get started wizard, the connect to Office 365 or Salesforce step was removed, so you no longer need to create the app profile in this wizard.

• In Dynamic Object Registration > Manage Containers, you can now view details of custom containers. The details include the dynamic object registration profile name and rules.

• Dynamic Object Registration now supports the Custom Attribute criterion for scanning Exchange Online mailboxes. This criterion is only available when a service account profile is selected as the authentication method in the dynamic object registration profile.

• You can now add Office 365 users as AvePoint Online Services users as long as you have an Office 365 service account profile configured. The app profile is no longer required for adding Office 365 users.

• AvePoint Online Services can now detect the TLS version of your browser. If the TLS version is below 1.2, a message will be displayed on the homepage. We recommend that you update your browser to a higher version. Browsers with TLS versions below 1.2 may be blocked in the future to ensure communication security.

• Dynamic Object Registration now supports the Job Title criterion for scanning Exchange Online mailboxes and OneDrive for Business.

• In Advanced Settings > Trusted IP Address Settings, you can now enable trusted IP address settings to only allow users to access AvePoint Online Services from certain IP addresses or IP address ranges.

• In Dynamic Object Registration > Manage Containers > Batch Import, you can now import Project Online site collections.

• Dynamic Object Registration supports the Created from criterion for scanning Office 365 groups that are created from Microsoft Teams.
