• In Auto Discovery, when you configure an advanced mode scan profile and set rules for Office 365 Groups, you can now use the Is a Member of the Group condition for Group Property > Group Owner. This condition allows you to scan all Office 365 Groups whose owner or at least one of their owners is a member of a group in Office 365. All types of groups are supported, including Office 365 groups, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, mail-enabled security groups, and security groups.

• AvePoint Online Services now supports scanning private channels in Teams. You can use AvePoint Cloud Backup for Office 365 and AvePoint Cloud Records to back up, restore, and manage private channels if you have the corresponding licenses.

• AvePoint Cloud Backup for Salesforce® is now available in the Canada Central (Toronto) data center.

• If you change the group ID (group e-mail address) of an Office 365 Group that has been scanned to AvePoint Online Services Auto Discovery container, the group will be scanned as a new group. The group will be scanned to the container if it meets the scan rules. The original group will be removed from the container.
