• If your Office 365 tenant is a Multi-Geo environment, you can pair that with a similar license for AvePoint Cloud Backup for Office 365. With the Multi-Geo Capabilities enabled, AvePoint Cloud Backup for Office 365 supports protecting data based on geo locations and creating boundaries to ensure the data sovereignty.

• If your tenant has Multi-Geo Capabilities in AvePoint Cloud Backup for Office 365 service, in User Management, Tenant Owner and Service Administrators can maintain segregation among geo locations by setting available geo locations while inviting users, and they can choose the view based on geo locations to manage these users.

• If your tenant has Multi-Geo Capabilities in AvePoint Cloud Backup for Office 365 service, in Dynamic Object Registration, Tenant Owner and Administrators can use the Geo Location filter to create containers in the advanced scan mode to separate Office 365 contents by their preferred data locations, as well as view these containers based on geo locations.

• If your tenant has Multi-Geo Capabilities in AvePoint Cloud Backup for Office 365 service, Tenant Users that have access to multiple geo locations will need to select a geo location to enter AvePoint Cloud Backup for Office 365.

• Tenant Owner and Service Administrators can go to License > License Notification to customize the recipients of the license notifications.
