    AvePoint Online Services May 2018

    Release Date: May 20, 2018

    • Added a label to identify Teams objects in Dynamic Object Registration > Manage Containers; added the Type column in Dynamic Object Registration > Scan History of Office 365 Group.

    • If AvePoint Online Services fails to grant Site Collection Administrator permissions to the service account or the group in the Service Account Pool during the dynamic object registration process for site collections or Office 365 groups, a message will appear in the Details column of Scan History, instructing users to re-run the dynamic object registration profile again or use Batch Import to import the corresponding objects into the containers.

    • In Dynamic Object Registration > Scan History, the Comment field will display a message to inform users to check the group team site and re-run the scan job if an Office 365 group only has a group mailbox without a group team site.

    • In the out of policy notification e-mail, the User Seats in Use field now has been renamed Assigned Office 365 User Seats.

    • In AvePoint Online Services Home > Store, in addition to Trial and Purchased, there is now an Expired license status that displays when your license for a service has expired.

    • Adding Office 365 A1 Plus for Faculty and Office 365 A1 Plus for Student in AOS charging list.

    • As a visual reminder of the requirement to protect Teams content (adding the service account as a member or owner of the teams we are protecting), we are adding a reminder that a Teams license is required for all service accounts.
