The left navigation pane has been streamlined for improved usability. Here are the key updates:
Available in the Commercial and U.S. Government production environments, the Command centers section allows you to select a Microsoft 365 tenant to view reports on the AI Confidence dashboard. These reports integrate with services such as tyGraph, Insights for Microsoft 365, Cloud Governance, Opus, and Policies for Microsoft 365. Reports are displayed if the selected tenant has an active subscription for the related service. If your tenant does not have a subscription, you can click Show sandbox data to view sample reports or click Contact sales to purchase a subscription.
In the Control, Resilience, and Modernization categories, the services your tenant has a subscription for will be listed, and clicking on a service will open its interface in the current tab. When you are on a service interface, you can click the AvePoint Online Services icon on the left navigation pane to go back to the AOS interface.
The Modules & Addons section displays all services within the platform. You can start a trial for services that were not selected when your tenant signed up for AvePoint Online Services.
The Help menu (including options like Invite support, Submit feedback, User guide, and What’s new) is now on the left navigation pane.
For customers with an enterprise subscription, notification emails regarding expired data deletion have been improved. Notification emails will now be sent 15, 10, and 5 days before the data deletion date when an enterprise subscription to a service has expired.
AvePoint MyHub now is available as a stand-alone service. Customers who previously used Cloud Governance integrated with MyHub will automatically receive a MyHub subscription, with user roles (Application administrators and Standard users) mapped to the corresponding user roles in MyHub. Once role mapping is complete, Standard users will no longer exist in Cloud Governance. New customers interested in starting a MyHub trial can contact their AvePoint representative to obtain a subscription.
For customers using tyGraph, the tyGraph for Copilot Adoption module / app profile has been renamed to tyGraph for Copilot Adoption / Trials. This update supports customers with a trial subscription for tyGraph to view Copilot adoption reports.
Microsoft 365 tenants with the Cloud Backup for IaaS + PaaS service can now configure app profiles of the Cloud Backup for Azure AD B2C app type.
In Auto discovery > Scan profiles, when configuring an advanced mode scan profile with the Specified objects in one container rule selected for containers, you can now set conditions to filter Microsoft 365 users based on the following criteria: B2B invitation status and Property synced from on-premises.
Organizations using EnPower and an app profile of the EnPower for Power Platform app type can now configure a scan profile for Power Platform to include scanning Copilot Studio objects.
Organizations using Document Management System Online and an app profile for the DMS Online application can now configure scan profiles to scan the SharePoint site and Microsoft 365 Group / Microsoft Team / Viva Engage community objects.
