• The following features were added to AvePoint Online Services for AvePoint Cloud Insights:

  • Storage Reports provides statistics about site collection storage, site growth, storage trends, and storage utilization; Site Collection Storage ranks site collections and sites according to the number of visits and Fastest Growing Sites displays the unit size of the storage number as MB.

  • Report Data Collection was added into AvePoint Online Services Settings which enables report data collection and selecting the data source.

  • Site Analysis provides reports for analyzing site collections, sites, and pages.

  • Added Content Reports which provide statistics about site collections, sites, and files and rank site collections and sites according to the number of visits.

  • User Reports now provide statistics about user, department, and office activities for AvePoint Cloud Insights.

  • The auditor data collected for AvePoint Cloud Insights is now stored in Azure storage.

• The app profile for Yammer can now automatically register the AOS Administration app in Yammer.

• In License Information > Subscription Management > Subscription Details you can now view a subscription invoice by clicking the corresponding invoice number.

• In Settings > User Activity Report, you can now export a CSV report that contains user activities in AvePoint Online Services.
