    Contact Support to Submit an Issue

    If you encounter any issues using Cloud Backup for Google Workspace, you can contact your Cloud Backup application admin, the AOS service admin, or your tenant owner to submit an issue to the AvePoint Support team for assistance. AvePoint is committed to providing the highest quality support, and our support team is designed to equip you to make the most of your AvePoint investment.

    To submit an issue to the AvePoint support team, click Help & Resources on the left navigation, and then click Invite support from the drop-down menu. Then, you will be redirected to AvePoint Online Services > Invite support. Complete the form in the Invite support pane by referring to instructions in the section in the AvePoint Online Services user guide.
