| Backup | Back up now | The user with this permission can back up the data in the organization at any time, export backup data, export metadata, and download a backup job report. |
| Archive | Archive data | The user with this permission can archive the data in the organization. |
| Export | Export data | The user with this permission can export backup/archived data and download a backup/archive job report. |
| Export | Export metadata | The user with this permission can export metadata and download a backup job report. |
| Restore | Restore organizations | The user with this permission can restore the whole organization and download a restore job report. |
| Restore | Restore objects | The user with this permission can restore specific objects and download a restore job report. |
| Restore | Restore records | The user with this permission can restore specific backup/ archived records and download a restore job report. |
| Restore | Restore fields | The user with this permission can restore values of specific fields and download a restore job report. |
| Restore | Restore metadata | The user with this permission can restore metadata and download a restore job report. |
| Sandbox Seeding | Sandbox seeding | The user with this permission can manage sandbox seeding templates, run sandbox seeding jobs, and download the sandbox seeding job report. |
