#Agent Management

To manage agents for EnPower and Insights, navigate to Management > Agent management and follow the steps below:

1. On the Agent management page, click Download agent package.

2. In the Download agent package panel, click Download and select one of the following agent packages:

   • Download for EnPower: Select to download the agent package for scanning on-premises Active Directory objects into EnPower for management.

     For the instructions of installing and configuring agents, refer to the EnPower User Guide > Configure Hybrid Management Agent.

   • Download for Insights: Select to download the agent package for connecting to an on-premises file system and collecting file system data for Insights.

     For the instructions of installing and configuring agents, refer to the Insights user guide > Configure Scanner Agent.

3. After you finish registering agents to AvePoint Online Services, the basic information and status of agents will be displayed in the table on the Agent management page.

To remove an agent that is in the Inactive / Not installed status, select the agent and click Remove agent.
