    Configure Benchmarking

    Benchmarking allows you to compare your organization with others on metrics on agentic AI adoption. All data is anonymized, and no personal or sensitive information is shared with others.

    NOTE

    The Benchmarking feature is only available to organizations who have subscription to AgentPulse. Service administrators and Customized administrators (with the Administration permission assigned) can configure settings for Benchmarking.

    To access the benchmarking data of related reports, you need to register your organization. Follow the instructions below to register for benchmarking.

    1. Click Benchmarking under Administration on the left navigation pane, and then start the registration from step 1. Opt-in.

    2. Choose how would you like to opt-in to Benchmarking from the following options:

      • For all tenants

      • For specified tenants

      If you choose to opt-in to benchmarking for specified tenants, turn on the toggle to choose which tenants you would like to enable benchmarking for.

    3. Click Next to proceed to step 2. Organization profile.

    4. Select the industry code and size of your organization.

    5. Click Next to proceed to step 3. Review.

    6. Review the information configured in previous steps including Opt-in preferences and Organization profile.

    7. After you confirm the information, click Register.

    NOTE

    For tenants that have registered in benchmarking, you can navigate to Administration > Benchmarking > Preferences to manage your Benchmarking configurations for any of the tenants to align with your data and reporting needs.
