Configure Custom Azure App Profiles

    Refer to the following instructions to configure custom Azure apps.

    1. If necessary, first Prepare a Certificate for the Custom Azure App.

    2. Then, create custom apps by referring to Create a Custom Azure App.

    3. Next, configure app profiles for custom apps by referring to Consent to Custom Azure Apps.

    NOTE

    If you want to manage Exchange mailboxes and settings / Security and distribution group objects / Microsoft 365 Defender settings, you need to assign the Exchange Administrator role to the app in Microsoft Entra ID.
