The Dynamics Unified Operations app profile can be used by the Cloud Backup for Dynamics 365 service.
The Dynamics Unified Operations app profile is for the AvePoint Online Services Administration for Dynamics Unified Operations app. The table below lists the permissions that should be accepted when you authorize AvePoint Online Services Administration for Dynamics Unified Operations app.
From January 8, 2023, this app could not be created anymore. Only the organizations who have active subscriptions to the Cloud Backup for Dynamics 365 service can re-authorize their existing apps.
