With Ava, your team can quickly surface policy details, troubleshoot issues in plain language, and get step-by-step instructions without digging through manuals or support tickets—making problem-solving faster, easier, and more intuitive than ever.
Service administrators and customized administrators (Administration) can control to enable/disable Ava for all users in your tenant or customize which users/groups can access Ava.
Navigate to Administration > Ava (AI assistant). By default, the Enable Ava forall users option is selected. If you want to hide Ava in your tenant’s environment, select the Disable Ava for all users option. If you select the Enable Ava for specific users or groups only option, click Add users/groups in the Manage access section, and then add users/groups via the pop-up window.
If you want to remove access for a user/group, click Remove access next to the target.
