If your tenant wants to start a trial for services that were not selected when your tenant signed up for AvePoint Online Services, the Tenant Owner and Service Administrators can start a trial on the Modules & Addons page.
Refer to the sections below to obtain the 30-day trial subscriptions for services.
AvePoint Cense Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to Cense and click Start trial to get a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, and then you must click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click Cense in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using AvePoint Cense, refer to the AvePoint Cense User Guide.
AvePoint Cloud Backup for IaaS + PaaS Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to Cloud Backup for IaaS + PaaS and click Start trial to start a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, then click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click Cloud Backup for IaaS + PaaS in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using AvePoint Cloud Backup for IaaS + PaaS, refer to the AvePoint Cloud Backup for IaaS + PaaS User Guide.
AvePoint Cloud Backup for SaaS Applications
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to Cloud Backup for SaaS Applications and click Start trial to start a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, then click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click Cloud Backup for SaaS Applications in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using AvePoint Cloud Backup for SaaS Applications, refer to the AvePoint Cloud Backup for SaaS Applications User Guide.
AvePoint Cloud Backup for Dynamics 365 Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to Cloud Backup for Dynamics 365 and click Start trial to start a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, then click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click Cloud Backup for Dynamics 365 in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using AvePoint Cloud Backup for Dynamics 365, refer to the AvePoint Cloud Backup for Dynamics 365 User Guide.
AvePoint Cloud Backup for Google Workspace Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to Cloud Backup for Google Workspace and click Start trial to start a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, then click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click Cloud Backup for Google Workspace in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using Cloud Backup for Google Workspace, refer to AvePoint Cloud Backup for Google Workspace User Guide.
AvePoint Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, find the Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 tile and click Start trial and then click Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 Express from the drop-down list to start a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, then click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using AvePoint Cloud Backup, refer to the AvePoint Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 User Guide.
AvePoint Cloud Backup for Salesforce Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to Cloud Backup for Salesforce® and click Start trial to start a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, then click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click Cloud Backup for Salesforce® in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using AvePoint Cloud Backup for Salesforce®, refer to the AvePoint Cloud Backup for Salesforce User Guide.
AvePoint Cloud Governance Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to Cloud Governance and click Start trial to get a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, and then you must click Accept to start the trial.

AvePoint Cloud Index Trial
Note that the Cloud Index service now only supports starting a trial for organizations using the AvePoint Online Services commercial production environment in the Japan West (Osaka) data center.
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to Cloud Index and click Start trial to get a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, and then you must click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click Cloud Index in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using AvePoint Cloud Index, refer to the AvePoint Cloud Index Administrator Guide and AvePoint Cloud Index User Guide.
AvePoint Cloud Management Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to Cloud Management, and click Start trial to get a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, and then you must click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click Cloud Management in the All services view to access it. The AvePoint Cloud Management service includes the following modules:

AvePoint Opus Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to AvePoint Opus and click Start trial to get a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, and then you must click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click AvePoint Opus in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using AvePoint Opus, refer to the AvePoint Opus User Guide.
AvePoint Confide Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to Confide and click Start trial to get a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, and then you must click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click Confide in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using Confide, refer to the following guides:
AvePoint EnPower Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, find the EnPower tile and click Start trial, and then click Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Azure Entra ID Enterprise Applications from the drop-down list to get a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, and then you must click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click EnPower in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using EnPower, refer to the EnPower User Guide.
AvePoint Fly Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to Fly and click Start trial to get a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, and then you must click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click Fly in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using Fly, refer to the Fly User Guide.
AvePoint Insights Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to Insights and click Start trial to get a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, and then you must click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click Insights in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using AvePoint Insights, refer to the AvePoint Insights User Guide.
AvePoint Office Connect Online Manager Trial
The Microsoft 365 Global Administrator can start a trial for AvePoint Office Connect Online Manager. On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to External apps > Office Connect Online Manager and click Start trial to get a 30-day trial subscription. An authorization page appears. Read the terms on the page, and click Accept to authorize the app.
Then, you can click Office Connect Online Manager in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using AvePoint Office Connect Online Manager, refer to the AvePoint Office Connect Configuration Guide.
AvePoint Policies for Microsoft 365 Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to Policies for Microsoft 365 and click Start trial to get a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, and then you must click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click Policies for Microsoft 365 in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using AvePoint Policies for Microsoft 365, refer to the AvePoint Policies for Microsoft 365 User Guide.
AvePoint tyGraph Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to tyGraph and click Start trial to get a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, and then you must click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click tyGraph in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using tyGraph, refer to the AvePoint tyGraph User Guide.
AvePoint Document Management System Online Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to Document Management System Online and click Start trial to get a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, and then you must click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click Document Management System Online in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using Document Management System Online, refer to the AvePoint Document Management System Online User Guide.
AvePoint Portal Manager Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to AvePoint Portal Manager and click Start trial to get a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, and then you must click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click AvePoint Portal Manager in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using AvePoint Portal Manager, refer to the AvePoint Portal Manager User Guide.
AvePoint MyBiz Trial
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to MyBiz and click Start trial to get a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, and then you must click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click MyBiz in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using MyBiz, refer to the MyBiz User Guide.
AvePoint Confidence Platform for Google
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to Confidence Platform for Google and click Start trial to get a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, and then you must click Accept to start the trial.
Then, you can click Confidence Platform for Google in the All services view to access it. For detailed instructions on using Confidence Platform for Google, refer to the Confidence Platform for Google User Guide.
AvePoint MyHub
On the Modules & Addons page, navigate to MyHub and click Start trial to get a 30-day trial subscription. A pop-up window appears with the subscription agreement of the trial subscription displayed. Read the terms of the agreement, and then you must click Accept to start the trial.

Obtain a Subscription for Classic DocAve Backup
If your tenant signed up for AvePoint Online Services on or after June 18th, 2017, the Granular Backup & Restore and Exchange Online Backup & Restore modules in DocAve Online are not available to you. If you need to use these modules, contact AvePoint Sales to obtain a trial or full subscription. After the subscription is assigned to your tenant, you can see the Classic DocAve Backup service on the AvePoint Online Services homepage.
