Export to PDFMyHub is a centralized portal that helps you effortlessly manage your digital workspaces, tasks, and requests across different platforms.
MyHub centralizes your Microsoft 365 workspaces for your convenient and efficient management, including Microsoft 365 Groups, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage Communities, and SharePoint Sites.
You can use MyHub in the web portal and the MyHub app in Microsoft Teams.
MyHub supports the following languages: English, Japanese, German, Chinese, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, and Dutch.

This guide details how to access MyHub and how to manage your Microsoft 365 workspaces in MyHub.
There are two versions of MyHub: a version for preview features and a version for generally available features.
The MyHub Insider program was created for users who want to see and test new product features before they are generally available in your production tenant. If your organization has registered for the MyHub Insider program, you will be able to use the Microsoft 365 test tenant in the Insider environment.
The production version has three environments: an environment for commercial use, an environment available on Microsoft’s Cloud Platform for the U.S. Government, and an environment for Microsoft 365 US Government GCC High.
All versions and environments are covered in this guide. The table below lists the differences:

*Note: If you are using the Google Chrome browser to access MyHub, make sure the Block third-party cookies option is disabled in Settings > Privacy and security in Chrome.

MyHub provides the MyHub, MyHub for AOS-US, or MyHub for AOS-CN application that can be added to Microsoft Teams/Outlook. The MyHub app is for the MyHub commercial production environment and 21Vianet environment, the MyHub for AOS-US app is for the MyHub US Government production environment, and the MyHub for AOS-CN app is for the MyHub 21Vianet production environment. For how you can assess the apps, refer to the following sections.
If your Microsoft 365 Global Administrator or Teams Service Administrator has pinned the app to the app bar, you can see the app in the app bar within your Teams client.
If the MyHub app is not shown in the Teams app bar, complete the following steps to add the MyHub app to your Teams client:
Start the Microsoft Teams client and sign in.
Click Apps in the lower-left corner.
Enter MyHub in the search box.
In the search results, click MyHub, MyHub for AOS-US, or MyHub for AOS-CN.
Read the app introduction, permissions, and privacy thoroughly.
Click Add.
Click MyHub, MyHub for AOS-US, or MyHub for AOS-CN on the app bar. In the Chat tab, view the welcome message for MyHub quick onboarding.
Follow the steps below to access the MyHub, MyHub for AOS-US, or MyHub for AOS-CN app in the Teams mobile app.
Open the Microsoft Teams app on your mobile device and sign in.
Tap More in the lower-right corner and tap the MyHub, MyHub for AOS-US, or MyHub for AOS-CN app.
If you cannot find the app in the app list, you can follow the instructions below to enable the developer preview.
In the Teams mobile app, tap the user photo on the left corner to open the left panel.
In the panel, tap Settings.
Tap About and turn on the toggle of Developer preview.
Read the description of the developer preview and tap Switch on the right corner.
Close and restart the Teams mobile app.
When the Developer preview is enabled, you can tap More again to find the app.
Complete the following steps to add the MyHub app to your Outlook client:
Sign in to Outlook.
Click More apps (
) in the lower-left corner.
Your apps are displayed. If the MyHub app is not in the list, click Add apps.
Enter MyHub in the search box.
In the search results, click MyHub, MyHub for AOS-US, or MyHub for AOS-CN.
Read the app introduction and privacy and permissions thoroughly.
Click Add.
MyHub offers integration with Copilot for Microsoft 365, enabling you to leverage Copilot for Microsoft 365 to find relevant information about your MyHub workspaces, tasks, and service requests.
*Note: To use this function, ensure that you have an available subscription for Copilot for Microsoft 365.
To enable the integration, complete the following steps:
Sign in to Microsoft Teams with your Microsoft 365 credentials and click Chat in the left navigation > Copilot.
If you cannot find MyHub under Agents, add MyHub as an agent first using the following steps:
Click Get agents in the right pane.

Search for MyHub using the search box in the left pane. In the search results, click Add in the MyHub app card, and then click Add in the MyHub information window to install MyHub.
The MyHub app is added, and it will appear in the Copilot agent list.
You can use one of the following methods to chat with MyHub:
In Copilot Chat, click the Chat with an agent (
) button in the chat box and select MyHub.

Click MyHub under Agents to chat with MyHub.

Send your prompt in the chat box for MyHub tasks, workspaces, requests, and more.
To process your query, select Always allow or Allow once to connect to MyHub.

The Copilot reply is generated.

What services can I request in MyHub?
MyHub is the central portal for business users to manage tasks from the Confidence Platform for Google and to submit and track service requests.
MyHub supports the following languages: English, Japanese, German, Chinese, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, and Dutch. The display language of your MyHub portal follows your browser’s language. If your browser language is not one of the supported languages listed above, the display language of your MyHub portal will be English.
In the ReCenter portal, you can click Admin Center on the left navigation to go to the Confidence platform for Google.
