    2. On the new MyHub dashboard, the following sections are available:

    3. *Note: You may see the service catalog page based on your administrator’s configurations.

      • Groups/Teams/Sites withhigh risk files – This section shows the number of groups, teams, and sites you owns or specified as contact within Cloud Governance, that have high risk files. You can click the number link to view the corresponding spaces. For actions you can perform to the spaces, refer to Spaces.

        *Note: This section is only displayed for users who have an available subscription for Insights.

      • Calendar – Your meetings of today are listed. You can see how much of your workday is spent in meetings with colleagues. This is calculated based on meetings in your calendar for a 40 hour workweek. Click Block time for yourself to book a private time period in Teams for yourself.

      • Documents shared with you recently – Your recent files are listed. You can view the latest activity on each file or click the file name to open the file in a new tab.

        If you are the owner/contact of the site that holds the document and the site is in the detection scope and scanned by Insights, you can see the risk (Icon: risk.) icon when a file is identified as medium- or high-risk by Insights and click the icon to view the risk information. Hover your mouse over the file, you can click the actions (Button: actions.) button and perform the following actions:

        • Open in SharePoint – Open the file in SharePoint.

        • Send risk notification – Notify the object content owner of the potential risks identified for this document. Add your comment to guide the content owner on the next steps and click Save to send the notification.

          *Note: To perform this action, you must have an available subscription for Insights.

        • Edit sensitivity label – Select the sensitivity label to be added to the file and click Save.

          *Note: This action will be hidden if the sensitivity label is not enabled in your tenant.

      • Quick access to start a request – Click Start a request to start a service request.

      • Upcoming to-dos – Your Microsoft To-Dos and tasks from Cloud Governance and Opus that are due in nearly 5 days are listed. The to-do count of the day is displayed below the date, and you can click a date to view to-dos of the day.

        Note the following:

        • An available subscription to AvePoint Opus is required to view and complete Opus tasks.

        • The Microsoft To Dos may be excluded from this list based on your administrator’s configurations.

        By clicking a to-do or task title, the View details window is displayed where you can view the to-do or task details and perform quick actions in the window.

        To view all tasks and to-dos, click View all to-dos to go to the Tasks and to-dos page.
