The number of tasks and to-dos pending your action can be viewed next to Tasks and to-dos in the navigation menu.
The Tasks and to-dos page is a centralized hub that displays your Cloud Governance tasks, Opus tasks, and Microsoft To-Dos. The tasks are sorted by due date in ascending order. For each task, you can view the task name, task type, due date, and available actions for the task.

An available subscription to AvePoint Opus is required to view and complete Opus tasks.

The Microsoft To Dos may be excluded from this list based on your administrator’s configurations.
To quickly find your tasks and to-dos, you can search by the task or to-do name using the search box in the upper-left corner, or filter them by task type, due date, and status by clicking Filter in the upper-right corner and configuring your filters.

To find Opus tasks, you can filter tasks by Task type > Items waiting for disposal approval.

For each task or to-do, click the task or to-do name to view task details or start processing the task. Alternatively, you can click the quick action button or buttons in the more actions list to process a task or to-do.
