AvePoint Online Services now integrates with Cloud Backup for SaaS Applications to deliver comprehensive reporting within the Data Resiliency command center. This command center provides an at-a-glance view of your environment’s health, including backup success rates, the number of failed jobs, total protected data size, and an overall status summary of your protected SaaS applications. Additionally, it features a storage growth percentage change time-series line chart and a backup job trends chart, allowing for effective monitoring and analysis of your data protection landscape.

Docusign service in the trial allows protection for up to 3 users, 3 groups, 3 envelopes, 3 templates, and documents in protected envelopes and templates.
GitHub service in the trial allows protection for up to 1 repository, 3 branches, 3 issues, 3 pull requests, 3 releases, and release assets in protected releases.
monday.com service in the trial allows protection for up to 3 boards.
Okta service in the trial allows protection for up to 3 people, 3 groups, 3 applications, 3 roles, 3 Group Attributes, 3 API Authorized Servers, 3 Authentication Policies, 3 Global Session Policies, 3 Identity Providers, 3 Network Zones, and 3 Behavior Detections.
Smartsheet service in the trial allows protection for up to 3 sheets.
Atlassian Admin service in the trial allows protection for up to 3 users and 3 groups.
Jira service in the trial allows protection for up to 3 projects, 3 issues for each project, 3 boards for each project, and attachments in protected issues and boards.
With Single Sign-On (SSO) support, you can access the Cloud Backup for SaaS Applications interface via direct URL without providing user credentials, once it is detected that you have signed into the AvePoint Online Services interface.
For application resilience, you can choose to use the default storage hosted by AvePoint to store your application backup data or choose to use your own storage. Currently, you can choose from the following supported storage types for AvePoint-hosted default storage or for BYOS (bring your own storage).

The supported Azure storage account kinds are Storage and StorageV2 of Standard performance type. Note that the Azure Blob storage that has enabled Data Lake Storage Gen2 capabilities (a hierarchical namespace) is not supported

Cloud Backup for SaaS Applications interface supports being browsed in French and Japanese if the default language or the first preferred language of the browser you are using is French, or Japanese. In other cases, the interface will be displayed in English.
To configure the date format displayed in the system, go to AvePoint Online Services > Administration > General settings > Culture settings.
The Help & Resources section on the left navigation pane contains the user guide link and direct you to the AvePoint Online Services interface to submit feedback or invite support for assistance.
