  • AWS S3 Storage is now available as an AvePoint default storage location.

  • Cloud Backup for SaaS Applications now supports backup and restore of configuration data for Jira Service Management, providing complete protection for its users.

  • For Jira Service Management, Cloud Backup for SaaS Applications now sends email notifications to alert users about upcoming API token expiration and backup job failures caused by expired API tokens.

  • We now automatically update Salesforce record IDs to point to newly restored Docusign envelopes, ensuring your business workflows remain completely intact after a data loss.

  • Backup and restore support is now available for commit comments.

  • Backup, export, and restore capabilities are now supported for Okta email and SMS templates.

  • In AvePoint Online Services, app connection configuration now supports error filtering, search, pagination and download functions, making it easier to manage and update user email and token information.

  • You can now choose whether or not to enable commit comment backups.
