| monday.com | Counted: Member. Guest Excluded: Viewer | Each user is counted once. Note that only users who have configured an access token in the application connection are included, as Monday.com API requires each user to set up their own token to enable data access. |
| Smartsheet | Counted: Subscribed user (Member) Excluded: Unsubscribed user (Collaborator/Viewer) | Each user is counted once. |
| Docusign | Counted: Full subscription (Sender) Excluded: Signer, Recipient, User with free subscription | Each Sender user is counted once. |
| Confluence | Counted: Subscribed user (Seat) Excluded: Anonymous user | Subscription counts are based on application. If a user subscribes to Jira as well, it is treated as a separate subscription. |
| Jira | Counted: Subscribed user (Seat) | Subscription counts are based on application. Only subscribed users (Seats) are included in the count. If a user subscribes to Confluence as well, it is treated as a separate subscription. |
| Okta | Counted: Managed user/identity (All managed identities) Excluded: N/A | Each user is counted once, with subscriptions based on the total number of managed identities. |
| GitHub | Counted: Organization members (Seats), Outside collaborators Excluded: Billing managers, Guests, Unaffiliated users with no repository access | Each active member or repository collaborator is counted once. Subscriptions are applied at the organization or enterprise level. |
| Atlassian Admin | N/A | The Atlassian Admin service is not included in the count. Users who subscribe to Jira or Confluence will automatically have access to the Atlassian Admin service. |
