#Benchmarking

The Benchmarking tab provides an overview of agent activity and user engagement metrics. It highlights key performance indicators such as licensed and unlicensed active users, agent creators, and active agents, along with a summary of total agents. The data reflects recent trends and changes over the last 7 days, helping teams benchmark adoption and usage globally.

Note the following:

• This tab currently displays sample data. Your data will soon be displayed in a future release.

• To enable access of this tab, go to System > Administration > Benchmarking and enable the Opt-in to benchmarking for your tenant.

Under the Benchmarking tab, AgentPulse provides the following reports:

• Licensed active users – Displays the percentage of licensed users who were active in the last 7 days, along with the change compared to the previous week.

  

• Unlicensed active users – Displays the proportion of unlicensed users who were active in the last 7 days, including week-over-week variation.

  

• Active agent creators – Displays the percentage of users actively creating agents, with recent growth trends.

  

• Active agent users – Displays the percentage of users actively using agents, highlighting changes in engagement over the past week.

  

• Total agents – Displays the total number of agents, segmented into active and inactive status.
