![('image6', 'Event')](/en/aos/use-cases/images/('image6', 'Event').png "('image6', 'Event')")Event: Bob, an IT Administrator at a university, wants to ensure that student data and faculty data are protected and governed with distinct policies. Bob wants the ability to group the different types of users separately and then create rules to perform distinct operations for the different user types.
![('image7', 'Resolution')](/en/aos/use-cases/images/('image7', 'Resolution').png "('image7', 'Resolution')")Resolution: Bob signs into AvePoint Online Services and navigates to Auto discovery. Bob can create an advanced mode scan profile, choose to scan objects according to dynamic rules, and create separate containers for the OneDrive of faculty and students. The container for faculty is set with the rule “Basic user information - Group membership Contains Faculty”, and the container for students is set with the rule “Basic user information - Group membership Contains Student”. After the scan process completes, the containers and the objects within the containers appear in AvePoint Cloud Archiving (DocAve Online Archiver). Then, Bob can define different Archiver rules and schedules to separately archive data in the OneDrive of faculty and students.
