About AvePoint Online Services

AvePoint Online Services is a multi-tenant SaaS platform with a unified, browser-based interface and distributed architecture. It integrates AvePoint’s data organization and protection technologies into a scalable solution for Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, and Amazon platforms. With no installation and minimal configuration, moving to the cloud is simple.

AvePoint Online Services serves as a central hub for the following AvePoint cloud services:

Language Support

AvePoint Online Services supports the following languages: English, Japanese, German, French, and Korean.

AvePoint Online Services Versions and Environments

There are two versions of AvePoint Online Services:

- For preview features, the insider version was created for Microsoft 365 organizations who want to see and test new product features before they are generally available in the production tenants. If you would like to join the AvePoint Online Services Insider program, contact your AvePoint account manager to purchase the subscription. When you are ready to access the AvePoint Online Services Insider environment, make sure you have a non-production Microsoft 365 tenant, and use this test tenant in the Insider environment. - For generally available features, the production version has various options based on your platform environment.

Use AvePoint Online Services Graph APIs

You can use the AvePoint Online Services Graph APIs to interact programmatically with AvePoint's solutions, such as facilitating automation, data integration, and enhanced operational capabilities. For details, refer to .

*Note: The legacy APIs in the are scheduled for deprecation after the December 2024 release. Transitioning to the new APIs is highly recommended to ensure continued support and access to the latest features.

Microsoft Graph API Beta Version in Use

AvePoint Online Services leverages Microsoft Graph beta APIs (the APIs in preview) for some operations that are currently unsupported by version v1.0. The features using the following beta APIs may be affected if Microsoft introduces changes to their beta APIs.
