To grant consent to a Salesforce / Salesforce sandbox app, follow the steps below:

Select the app profile and click Re-authorize.

In the Re-authorize window, click Continue to consent.

Sign in with a Salesforce account that has the System Administrator profile or another profile with the same permissions.
