Through Data Management, you can work with:

• The Backup data e-discovery wizard allows you to search across all your backup data, and then you can perform restore, export, or deletion of the selected recovery points. If you want to enable this feature, contact AvePoint Support for assistance.

• The Data subject access requests wizard to discover the backup data of a given data subject and delete the backups. This feature is available for both AvePoint Cloud Backup and AvePoint Cloud Backup Express.

• The Remove unprotected data report to check for the out-of-scope objects and offboarded users, and the expiration date for their backup data to be deleted.

• Manually delete backup data wizard to discover and remove the backup data of individual files, emails, or other documents to prevent any future restores.
