AvePoint Cloud Backup Express enables object-level deletion of backup data across Exchange Online mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint Online site collections, Team sites, and Group sites.
In accordance with Microsoft’s behavior, a 90-day grace period is required for object offboarding. During the initial 30 days of this period, backup data will still be billed. You can monitor the deletion progress in View all the right-to-be-forgotten requests.
Complete the steps below:

Click Data Management > Data subject access requests on the left pane.

Click Discover & Delete to enter the What type of content are you looking to identify? page.

Select the content type you are looking for.

Enter the keyword to search for the data subject you are looking for. Select the data subject from the list and then click Apply. You can select multiple items in the search result.

Click Delete to delete all backup data for the selected objects from AvePoint Cloud Backup Express.
You can continue to discover and delete data, or click View all the right to beforgotten requests to view records of objects whose backup data is scheduled for removal or has already been deleted.
