• The incremental backup job of each service will back up at most 10 file versions. If the number of new versions for the incremental job is less than 10, the backup job will only back up the new ones.

• AvePoint Cloud Backup service for Project Online now supports restoring the Project Permission Mode features.

• The backup service for OneDrive for Business supports folder level filtering. You can contact AvePoint support team for assistance to enable the filter.

• Added the Back up item and file versions option to General Settings > Backup Settings. The Back up item and file versions option is selected by default. With this option selected, we will include the most recent 10 versions in backup. If you would like to save your storage cost, you can deselect this option, which also can reduce the risk of throttling issues. In our experience most user and legal requests are only for the most recent active version. In addition, we will capture multiple roll-back points during our daily backups to ensure you have a change history for this document outside native versioning.

• If the unprotected data recorded in the Remove Unprotected Data report has been moved back to the protection scope, AvePoint will update the Remove Unprotected Data report and send e-mail notifications to update the information.

• You can now restore permissions of external users.
