    AvePoint Cloud Backup for Office 365 May 2019

    • AvePoint Cloud Backup for Office 365 will send e-mail notifications before your backup data reaches the retention period expiration date.

    • Added a Usage tab in the License Consumption Report to detail growth rate and trends for your license consumption.

    • Added an Operation Overview into the Job Analytics report to detail all backup jobs performed within the past 7 days or within the past month in the chart, based on their job statuses and object types.

    • Customers that purchased an unlimited retention license can now customize the number of retention years for each service type.

    • You can now monitor AvePoint Cloud Backup for Office 365 activities in System Center Operations Manager (SCOM). To enable this feature, you must configure the integration with SCOM in the AvePoint Online Services interface.

    • In the downloaded License Consumption Report, the type of the reported Exchange Online mailboxes will be displayed in the Mailbox Type column.

    • AvePoint Cloud Backup for Office 365 now supports protecting the data of the SharePoint Online new feature "Connect web parts in SharePoint Online".

    • AvePoint Cloud Backup for Office 365 supports protecting the data of SharePoint Online new feature "Switch the default experience for lists or document libraries from new or classic".

    • With Microsoft new Graph API, the AvePoint Cloud Backup for Teams service now can restore the configurations of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and document library tabs. Refer to the user guide for additional information on this.

    • Members and owners can now be restored to an existing Office 365 Group or Team. If the conflict resolution is to Merge to resolve conflicts, the members and owners of the source will be added to the destination Office 365 Group or Team.

    • The Privacy, Name, and Description settings can now be restored to an existing Office 365 Group or Team. If the conflict resolution is set to Merge to resolve conflicts, the configuration information will be updated to the destination Office 365 Group or Team.
