    The Viva Engage data will be skipped in the backup job if the Viva Engage Community ID is blank on the Microsoft side. Once the Viva Engage Community ID becomes available, the data will be automatically included in the subsequent backup.August 2024

    If you are using a service account in Auto Discovery to scan Exchange Online mailboxes and your tenant has blocked access from the apps that don’t use modern authentication, the destination data tree for restoring the Exchange Online objects to another location may not show any items.
    Workaround: You must ensure the ApplicationImpersonation permission has been assigned to the admin role of the service account via Exchange admin center.

    If the backup data you selected to export are in different backup jobs, the data exporting job may fail to export some of the backup data.
    Workaround: You can export the data separately for each object.
