• You can now download the encryption key file from DocAve Online Control Panel for decrypting the backup data of Granular Backup and Restore and Exchange Online Backup and Restore during data recovery and exportation.

• A hybrid approach is now supported for restoring OneDrive for Business.

• A hybrid approach is now supported for SharePoint Online backup and restore. If you have configured both the Service Account and App Profile, the backup and restore job will use App Profile. For data types that are unsupported in app context, the Service Account authentication method will be used.

• Teams Private Channels backup and restore (time-based restore only) is now supported via app profile authentication and service account authentication.

• Improved functionality when splitting-off and pausing SharePoint Online backups. If an incremental backup job for SharePoint Online has been running for 2 days, the backup job will be paused and split. The 14 days (2 weeks) for the full backup job remains unchanged.

• Job report details will now display the number of attachments.

• Created via AVA is now displayed in the job description for restore jobs that are started by end users through AvePoint chatbot AVA.

• The following are now supported in Project Online PWA Settings:

  • Backup and restore of Resource Requests

  • Backup and restore of Strategy related functions

  • Backup and restore of Project Timeline

  • Backup and restore of Time Reporting Periods

• AvePoint Cloud Backup for Office 365 now supports restoring stickers in Microsoft Teams channel conversations.
