#AvePoint Cloud Backup for Office 365 March 2020

• AvePoint Cloud Backup for Office 365 now supports the new Microsoft Edge Chromium based browser.

• The Manually Delete Backup Data feature has been added to support removing the backup data of individual files, e-mails, or other documents in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Office 365 Groups, or Teams to prevent any potential data restore.

• There is now a hybrid approach for the backup and restore of Exchange Public Folders. If you have configured both Service Account and App Profile, the backup and restore job will now use App Profile as the default. For data types that are unsupported in app context, the Service Account authentication method will be used.

• OneDrive for Business backup will now use a hybrid approach and will use the App profile by default if it is available. The restore job will still use the authentication method, either App Profile or Service Account, used by Auto Discovery to access the data.

• The Data Export Tool now supports restoring backup data that is generated by DocAve Online Exchange Online Backup and Restore module.

• The Project ID of Enterprise Project Types can now be restored.
