    Continue with Risk Intelligence

Once you have created the custom Google app with the required permissions and configured the auto-discovery scan profile, to enable the user access to the Risk intelligence module, users must be added to this platform via AvePoint Online Services or the Permissions module and have the following role granted:

    - When adding users through AvePoint Online Services – Select **Google user/group** as the **Sign-in method** and grant the **Service administrator** or **Application administrator** role to the user or group. For details, refer to . - When inviting users in **Permission** module, grant the **Administrator** role to the user. For details, refer to [Confidence Platform for Google User Management](#missing-link). > ***Note**: If you have an **Administration** module subscription, granting the Administrator role will enable the user’s full access to the **Administration** module.

The Risk intelligence module evaluates both the sensitivity level and exposure level of your Google Workspace objects. By analyzing these factors, it determines an overall risk level – categorized as High, Medium, or Low – for each object.

The reports and risk level assessments are readily available and do not require additional subscriptions. However, with an AvePoint Insights subscription, certain definitions can be modified:

    - **Sensitivity level** – By default, the sensitivity levels of your Google Workspace objects are N/A. To enable sensitivity-based classification, you must subscribe to AvePoint Insights and configure a risk definition profile. For more details on AvePoint Insights and risk definition profile, refer to . - **Exposure level** – In Confidence Platform for Google, the exposure level of your Google Workspace objects are identified by the following criteria: - High exposure level: - The object has been shared directly with any external user. - The object has been shared with anyone via link. - Medium exposure level: - The object has been shared with anyone via link. - The object has been shared with target audience via link. - Low exposure level - If an object does not match the High or Medium exposure level conditions, it will be automatically classified as Low exposure level. If you have an AvePoint Insights subscription, the exposure level definitions can be modified in the risk definition profile for Google Workspace For more details, refer to .

To explore detailed risk level summaries, access permission reports, or view activity logs for Google Workspace objects and users, navigate to Risk intelligence by clicking the corresponding sections on the left navigation pane. Then, refer to Risk Intelligence for detailed introductions.
