Download this articleOn the Groups page, basic group information are listed in the table. You can manage the columns in the table to quickly look through the users based on your requirements or filter users with specific conditions.
Additionally, to view more details of a group, click the group’s name to go to the group details page where a comprehensive overview of its configurations, membership, access setups, and security settings are provided.
On the group details page, information are categorized and displayed in the following tabs:
Overview:
Group details – Displays basic information about the group, such as its name, email, description, labels, creation date, and associated tenant/container.
Membership – Shows the number of managers, owners, members, and external users in the group, with options to view detailed member information.
Access settings – Defines how the group can be accessed, including whether members outside the organization are allowed and who can join the group.
Security settings – Lists any member restrictions or security policies applied to the group to control access and maintain compliance.
Membership – This tab displays the list of members in the group, including their names, email addresses, types, and roles. It allows you to manage membership by editing roles, removing members, applying filters, or exporting the list. For details on group membership management, refer to Manage Members.
Access settings– This tab outlines the group’s access settings, showing who can contact owners, view conversations, post, and manage members. It also specifies who can join the group and whether external members are allowed. For details on access settings configurations, refer to Edit Access Settings.
Security settings – This tab allows you to configure security settings for the group by applying membership restrictions. You can set conditions to control who can become a member, such as limiting membership to specific user types. For details on security settings management, refer to Edit Security Settings.
