    Request Center

    Request center displays all requests and tasks, whether submitted manually by users or automatically generated by the system.

    In Request center, the following actions are available:

    • Choose columns – You can customize the columns displayed in the Request report by clicking the Columns button in the upper-right corner. Simply select the column names you wish to view, then click Apply to confirm your selections.

    • Filter requests – To filter requests and tasks, click the Filters button in the upper-right corner. Select desired filter values from the dropdown menu for each column. If you want to reset the filters you configured, click Reset all. Finally, click Apply changes to save your filter settings.

    • Export request list – Select the requests you want to export and click Export in the upper-right corner of the page. If you want to export the report of all requests, click Export directly.

    • View details – Click the Request ID to view the details. For requests waiting for processing, you can approve or reject them in the View details window. If a request encounters problem, you can skip or retry it. Additionally, you can also Cancel request or Change assignee.

    • Change assignee –In the Change assignee window, you’ll see the current assignee listed. Simply remove the current assignment and enter a user or group in the appropriate field to designate the new assignee. Once you’ve made your selection, click Change to confirm and save your updates.

    • Cancel request – Select the desired requests and click Cancel request on the ribbon. In the Cancel request window, click Cancel request again to confirm the cancellation.
