System auditor is now available to view user activities.
Confidence Platform for Google users can now be removed from Permissions > All users.
The Last updated time of the dashboard data is now displayed in the upper-right corner of the dashboard pages.
The Applied policies with violations column is now available to display the policies applied to your workspace and the detailed number of violation detected.
The Automatic policies applied column is now available in the Shared drives module to display automatic policies applied to the shared drive.
You can now add tags and apply labels to risky objects directly from the Risky objects page.
You can now view details, permission report, and activity report for sensitive files accessed by AI.
You can now remove access for sharing links or edit permissions shared via links from the Sharing links page.
You can now remove permissions from ungoverned users.
The Gemini accessed sensitive files detection rule is now available to detect and report high-frequency or abnormal Gemini AI access to sensitive files.
Rules controlling workspace settings can now be triggered by whether certain settings are enabled or disabled.
User and group properties in policy conditions are now categorized for enhanced accessibility.
Automatic and on-demand policies are now under separate filter categories in Request center, providing easier policy filtering capabilities.
The Allow list is now accessed via Violation report.
