• Confidence Platform for Google is now Generally Available and offers free trial.

• Microsoft user/group and local user sign-in methods are now available.

• The Automation module is now available to provide customizable workflows that trigger actions based on defined conditions to reduce manual effort, apply policies consistently, and support reliable execution at scale.

#What’s New in Administration?

• The Applied policies with violations column is now available to display the policies applied to your workspace and the detailed number of violation detected.

• The Automatic policies applied column is now available in the Shared drives module to display automatic policies applied to the shared drive.

#What’s New in Risk Intelligence?

• You can now check permissions of a specific user or group to the object directly from the View permissions page of the object.

• The Shared by column is now available on the Sharing links page to display the users who share objects via links.

• You can now add the external users and unmanaged users you trust to the trusted user list from the Ungoverned users page.

#What’s New in Policy Enforcement?

• The Allow contributors and content managers to download, print, and copy files setting in shared drives can now be controlled via the Shared drive access permission settings restriction rule.

• The Status column is now available in the Violation report to display the status of the reported violation.

• The Fix through column is now available in the Violation report > Violation details page to display the approach used for the fixed violation.

• The Fixing details section is now available in the Violation report > Violation details page to display the violation fixing details, including the user who fixed the violation and the action taken.
