この記事をダウンロードA Shared Drive Provisioning service lets you define a request template that business users can use to create shared drives. You can configure the basic information, members, permissions, and shared drive settings for drives created through the service, as well as the options available to requesters.
To create a Shared Drive Provisioning service, complete the following steps:
Navigate to Governance > Services.
Click Create service in the upper-right corner of the page.
Select the Google platform, and then click Shared drive provisioning service under the Provisioning tab.
On the Settings page, complete the following settings:
Shared drive provisioning service – Click the Shared drive provisioning service step box and complete the following settings:
Organization – Select an organization that the shared drives will belong to.
Organizational unit – Click the Edit icon to select an organizational unit that the shared drives will belong to.
Information – Configure the property fields displayed on the request form and the actions required for each field. These settings determine how requesters provide the shared drive name, description, members, settings, contacts, and renewal profile.
Click the Add icon between property cards or the Add button at the bottom to add properties. To rearrange properties, click and drag the Drag icon on the left side of a card.
The Shared Drive name, Manager, Settings, and Primary contact fields cannot be removed from the service.
Configure the Description, Content manager, Contributor, Commenter, Viewer, Secondary contact, and Shared drive renewal profile fields as needed. You can allow requesters to configure a field, require them to configure it, display it as read-only, or hide it.
For the Primary contact and Secondary contact fields, specify whether to notify contacts when provisioning is complete and select the notification email template.
For the Shared drive renewal profile field, set a default profile for requesters. To create a profile, refer to Configure Shared Drive Renewal Profiles.
Approval process – Click the Approval process step box and select an approval process for this service from the dropdown list. For details on the selected process, click View approval process details.
After completing the settings on this page, click Basics at the top to navigate to the Basics page.
On the Basics page, complete the following settings:
Name – Enter a name for the service. This field is required.
Description – Provide a brief description.
Status – Use the toggle button to enable or disable the service.
Service contact – Specify a user or group to be responsible for the successful completion of the service.
Then select an email template for error notifications from the dropdown list. If the request process encounters an error, the service contact receives a notification email.
When you complete the settings, click Save in the upper-right corner of the page to create the Shared Drive Provisioning service.
