Download this articleOn the Sharing links page, you can view the statistics of all sharing links created for Anyone or target audiences in your organization. Two cards above the link table display the total number of sharing links shared with Anyone and those shared with target audiences respectively. Click a number link to filter the detailed links and list them in the table below.

In the table of links, you can view the statistics as below:
Name – The name of the object whose access is given via link.
Object type – The type of the object.
Role – The permission shared via the sharing link.
Shared with – Displays whether the link is shared with Anyone or with target audiences.
Sensitivity level – The sensitivity level of the sharing link.
Drive name – The name of the drive that the share object belongs to.
Created – The created time of the sharing link.
The following actions are also available on this page.
Filter – Click Filters in the upper-right corner of the table. Click the down arrow button to the right of a column to show the text box or selectable options. Enter keywords in the text box and/or select desired options to define the filter conditions.
Manage columns – Click Columns in the upper-right corner of the table, and the drop-down list where all available columns are displayed appears. Select the columns that you want to display in the table and click Apply to apply the column selection. You can also choose Select all to show all columns in the table.
Refresh – Click the refresh icon to retrieve the latest sharing link information.
Remove access – Select one or multiple sharing links and click Remove access to remove the links from objects. To remove access for a single link, you can click the ellipsis button to the right of the record and click Remove access from the drop-down list.
If you choose to remove access from a file that inherits permissions from its parent folder, you can remove the link directly from the parent folder.
Edit permission – Select one or multiple sharing links, click Edit permission, choose the new permission for the links, and click Save to update the permission for the links.
To edit the permission of a single link, click the ellipsis button to the right of the record and select Edit permission from the drop-down list.
