#Job Monitor

Job monitor allows you to view the status and details of system synchronization jobs and jobs triggered by certain administrative operations.

Additionally, if you have exported certain reports within this platform, you can check the report generation status and download the report here.

Refer to the following instructions on available actions on the Job monitor page and report downloads:

• Search for certain jobs - In the search box, enter the job ID to search for the jobs.

• Filter jobs - Click Filters to the top-right of the table. Click the expand button to the right of a column to show the text box or selectable options. Enter keywords in the text box and/or select desired options to define the filter conditions.

• View job details – Click the job ID to view the detailed information of a job.

  NOTE

  Currently, only details of jobs in the Information management category can be checked.

• Refresh – Click the Refresh button to retrieve the latest jobs and their statuses.
